I know how challenging it can be to find a counsellor, and how much harder that becomes can be when looking for someone who feels confident treating OCD.
In providing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) it is always my goal for all of my clients that when they “complete” treatment with me, they leave with adequate skills to apply ERP themselves to maintain their progress outside of treatment.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a very treatable disorder. The gold standard treatment for OCD is Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I have specialized training in ERP and am prepared to help you take back control.
-
Perfectionism can be exhausting—driven by high standards, fear of failure, and constant self-criticism. With Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) I help clients understand the patterns behind perfectionism and develop healthier, more balanced ways of thinking and behaving. Through evidence-based strategies, we work together to reduce anxiety, build self-compassion, and create space for growth—not just perfection.
-
Anxiety can be debilitating, it can impact our ability engage mindfully with the present moment, cause us to feel isolated, and out of control. Positively, it is very possible to interrupt this cycle. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy to help clients achieve their individual goals.
-
Phobias can feel overwhelming and limiting, whether it's a fear of flying, heights, animals, or something more specific, they are highly treatable. Using evidence-based approaches (CBT) I help my clients gradually face and overcome their fears in a safe, supportive environment by providing tools and confidence to reclaim your freedom and peace of mind—one step at a time.
-
Depression can make even the once simple tasks feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from the things you once enjoyed. With the use of Behaviour Activation and aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, I help clients reconnect with their values, hobbies, and relationships.
-
Parenting a child with OCD can be incredibly challenging—and isolating. Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) offers parents and caregivers practical tools and emotional support to help their child while strengthening the parent-child relationship. I use EFFT to empower caregivers with strategies to respond to OCD-related behaviours with confidence, compassion, and clarity. By supporting you, we help support your child’s recovery—because you don’t have to do this alone.

I offer supportive counselling to explore life’s challenges, build insight, and develop a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself. Whether you're navigating self-doubt, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support your journey toward confidence and emotional well-being.
